At Gravity Fitness Equipment, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the best tools for your training. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
